It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of longtime Ward 2 Alderman, Larry Buhr. Larry has served on the Athens City Council for nearly 24 years and was a great friend, Alderman, as well as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Larry will truly be missed. Funeral arrangements are pending. We ask that you keep Larry's family in your thoughts and prayers.
